We had disgusting healthy pancakes (as my husband calls them...but he ate some and they are scrumdillyicious!), plain pancakes and apple pancakes. We also had sausages and cereal. Yummy Yummy Tuesday is what I call it!

Pancake Tuesday
It's true..it's a real holiday. Also known as Shrove Tuesday. Always the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. I remember celebrating once with my dad where we had so many different kinds of pancakes, we even had peanut butter and jam sandwiches made with pancakes. There were plates and plates of pancakes. The memory looks like a Dr. Seuss sort of book with pancakes here, pancakes there and pancakes everywhere! And lots of sticky syrup!
