California Adventure

California Adventure is a lot of fun but not nearly as fun Disneyland. It only takes one day to enjoy all of thrills here!

As soon as you walk in there is a Playhouse Disney studio where you can watch the the shows that are on TV. The boys really enjoyed watching this...we watched the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Tigger and Pooh, Little Einsteins and Handy Manny. It lasted about 20 minutes and was about a surprise birthday celebration for Minnie Mouse. Very fun!

Hello Stitch.

We watched several 3D movies. This was the first and it was a Muppet 3D movie. I can't see what everyone else sees since I am blind in one eye but it is hysterical to watch the kids jumping and trying to grab things they think are coming straight at them. Very funny!

Monsters Inc. ride.

Check out my Jim....he's giving that Mr. Incredible a run for his money!!

Jagger and I watched a show about drawing and magic while the others went on Tower of Terror. At the end of the show 3 characters came out. I got some cute pics and then Jagger got to take his picture with Woody.

The infamous Tower of Terror.

A picture of the picture that was taken inside the ride. This is the only ride that James absolutely did NOT like!

Hello Handy Manny.

Jagger wanted to go back to California Adventure again the next day just so he could see Lightening McQueen again...we didn't..but it was cute.

Cute boys.

Ummm....some random airplane in the park....

The Grizzly River Run is a super soaker ride. So much so that I had to sit it out to hold our bags as they would have gotten too wet on the ride. So sad! But the rest of the fam had lots of fun on it.

Keeni and Kodi (sp? for both}.

There was a fun adventure area for the kids to run around and climb and such. This is them riding on a tire...check out the bounce James got!

Do we look worn out yet??

While the older ones rode California Screamin' (a wicked roller coaster that even goes upside down!) Jagger and I ran into the army men from Toy Story. Jagger had just bought himself a Buzz Lightyear laser gun that just had to make it's way into the picture!

There were also army men driving around and putting on shows. James got right in there and got to do some of the games with them.

It was another great day full of fun. The older kids really enjoyed all of the fast rides in this park and Jagger and I enjoyed spending lots of time exploring.
